I have over 20 years of experience in the Land Surveying profession, and about 8 of those years working out in the field as a crew leader and instrument operator. I am a Licensed Land Surveyor in Georgia and I earned by Bachelors of Science in Survey and Mapping along with a Land Surveying Associates from Middle Ga College. My greatest skill is Boundary resolution and the research that it takes in order to discover chains of title, ownership, potential encroachments, right of way and easements. ALTA Surveys and Boundary Survey would be my work of choice, but when Im not solving boundaries and title searching, I can create topographical maps, create pipe networks, asbuilts, Final Plats, and Route Survey, just to name a few. That all said, I am highly skilled with Autocad Civil 3d, Carlson Survey, and know how to extract line work and draft within Trimble Business Center and utilize ArcMaps for municipal resources and GIS data when it's applicable for Utility Surveys or whatever job task I have on my plate.When I am not doing all the above, I spend my time working on Japanese sports cars and love to go hiking for miles and of course the drive to get to these cool trails.
