I am a recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, where I maintained a 4.0 GPA and was frequently honored on the President's List. My professional journey is enriched by my background as a 24-year veteran of the United States Air Force, where I led training and operations for over 300 personnel and earned numerous awards for my leadership.My clinical experience focuses on supporting individuals facing acute mental health challenges, including trauma and suicidal ideations. I have extensive experience providing individual counseling for issues such as marital distress and substance abuse, using evidence-based interventions and techniques. Additionally, I have conducted numerous workshops and trainings on personality assessment with the 4 Lenses tool and holistic wellness through the Integrated Resiliency program.I am deeply committed to my ongoing professional development with the aim of becoming a licensed counselor. My goal is to utilize my skills and experiences to offer compassion and professionalism in helping others achieve well-being and resilience.
