Since leaving active duty in the Marine Corps in 1992, Jerry earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from CSU, Stanislaus and has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate, construction, development and property management. Working for Buchanan Enterprises, a developer and general contractor with a proven track record since 1949 for developing projects throughout the State of California. He served as its Vice President for over 10 years and worked with partners, consultants, financial institutions, tenants, brokers and municipalities in every aspect of a development project. This exposure to all aspects has given Jerry a unique perspective and vast experience in the commercial real estate, construction and development business. Responsibilities included site plans, project proformas, project financing, bidding, estimating, budgets, contracts and supervision throughout a development project. Negotiating and working with owners, tenants, building officials, utilities and subcontractors in order to complete a project on time and on budget while meeting the wants and needs of all parties involved. Experience with several national retailers as well as medical, industrial and residential developments throughout Northern California. He was directly responsible for development and construction of over $100 million in new projects. Through the years this experience, the friendships and the business relationships have grown. These factors have given Jerry the opportunity to create a new business partnership - PC Construction Group, Inc.Currently, Jerry is the President of the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army in Turlock. He is active on several committees through the Turlock Chamber of Commerce as well as the Development Collaborative Advisory Committee through the City of Turlock. Jerry enjoys traveling, golf, skiing, weight training and raising his 19 year old daughter Mallori.

Currently, he sits on the board for the Turlock Salvation Army and has been actively involved in the construction and development of the Turlock Corps Center for the last 16 years.Jerry is active on several committees at the Turlock Chamber of Commerce, as well as, participating with the City of Turlock Development Collaborative Advisory Committee.
