For example, at Interactive Intelligence, I addressed our global Hyper-V cluster capacity and performance visibility issues by first building the business case and then leading the roll out of Turbonomic. I lead both internal and external teams in the delivery of IT transformation projects to ensure timeframes are successfully met by removing barriers and creating collaborative working groups – something I managed successfully when we had issues with communication between our engineering and customer care teams at Interactive Intelligence.I’ve had strong success overseeing IT operations and compliance to ensure quality outcomes are delivered and I am more than capable of supporting technical sales teams when required. Over the years I have also been a keen volunteer. I still help AbilityNet (BCS IT Can Help) by assisting the elderly and disabled with hardware, software and assistive technologies and I have been a Volunteer Rider and Fund Raiser for ‘Service by Emergency Rider Volunteers’ throughout Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Northamptonshire, providing out-of-hours services to the National Blood Service and regional hospitals.
