The mission of the Foundation for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award is to ensure the long-term financial growth and viability of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, and to support organizational performance excellence in the United States and throughout the world.Prior to joining the Foundation, Jerry served as Chief of Staff (Chief Operating Officer) of the National Center for Medical Readiness (NCMR), Wright State University (WSU). Responsibilities included the implementation, improvement and design of the systems of the organization and the implementation of policies and procedures. It also includes ensuring setting and checking issues in relation to the organization’s operations, which include human resources management, marketing, finances, and production. Prior to that, Jerry served in federal & state government for 30 years, specializing in operations & training, program management, personnel management, relationship management, State, National and International inter-agency coordination, program development, finance and managing complex departments and functions.
