Oversee and drive logistics operations in multiple heavy maintenance centers and offsite warehouse. Produce daily and monthly production reports on shipments, receipts, returns, picks, kit carts, and current stock in warehouse. Maintain warehouse stock and fix discrepancies within the system as they arise. Help to produce and improve on current processes and procedures for future use and tracking purposes. Utilize PIV equipment as needed for warehousing. Conduct audits on employees and work areas to ensure that standard work procedures are being followed to comply with ISO 9001 and AS9120 standards. Maintain company practices for supplier gold and assist with continuous improvement planning and lean logistics through six sigma and kaisen events. Train new employees in various departments to company standard. Follow and enforce all standard work and safety procedures as they pertain to daily work functions and ensure quality policies are met and followed.
