I have over 24 years in the aviation industry and have been in a leadership role for more than ten years. I started my career as an assistant crew chief servicing and maintaining F-16 fighter jets valued at over $3 Million dollars. More recently I served as a Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, where I led teams of up to 450+ technicians to work collaboratively toward goals to meet our customer’s needs every day. Additionally, I managed manpower placement and talent management for over 800 technicians in the maintenance complex. I excel at analyzing data and assessing trends to proactively define preventive measures that help the team overcome obstacles and exceed expectations. After wrapping up my military career, I decided to leave aviation behind and turn my hobby of homebrewing into a career. I did an internship at Crossbones Brewing in Dunn, NC. In August 2023, I became an assistant brewer at Wild Heart Brewing Company.
