As a Facilities Management Associate at Goosehead Insurance Agency, I contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the office by providing administrative and logistical support. I handle tasks such as scheduling, inventory, maintenance, mail, and vendor relations, ensuring that the facilities are safe, clean, and comfortable for the staff and clients. I leverage my data analysis and risk reduction skills, which I developed during my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from The University of Texas at San Antonio, to assist with the quality assurance and compliance of lease agreements and services. I also apply my customer service and sales experience, which I gained from my previous roles as a Service Agent and a Customer Service Manager, to communicate effectively with the internal and external stakeholders, and to identify and resolve any issues or concerns.
