Responsible for overseeing production, maintenance, quality, and shipping for a facility of over 30 employees, and was also in charge control and monitoring of the plant’s standard cost, cost per square, variable/fixed cost, wages and salaries.A few of my accomplishments include:► Established and monitored overall plant performance for production and quality standards by using lean manufacturing principles. ► Implemented and maintained a “Pull” system for the finished goods inventory. This was achieved by implementing a system that replenished inventory using “Kanban” and “First in-First out” methodology.
