Responsible for the ongoing permitting and regulatory requirements that exist outside and beyond the pursuit of LNG project activities during Engineering & Construction phases. Also monitors and communicates regulatory standards to corporate and operational functions as needed, provides additional support to internal teams with project permitting and commodity regulatory compliance, and serves as a check on permitting and regulatory challenges pursued in the interest of project or commercial activity.

Manages home office engineering and design leads in support of continued construction and commissioning on the Freeport LNG project. Proactively manages change. Responsible for addressing field and client RFIs, budget document controls, staffing and quality. Creates weekly and monthly project reports. Ensures effective communication between project leads, management and the client. Continues to support FERC regulatory compliance.

Coordinated major regulatory compliance effort for large EPC LNG liquefaction project, including interaction with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Department of Transportation / Piping and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (DoT/PHMSA), and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Emphasis has been primarily on meeting Civil/Structural regulatory requirements. Also specializes in data management, report preparation, scheduling and related management tasks.

Led the procurement and/or development of numerous security-related applications from collection, analysis and documentation of business needs and requirements to implementation - including the first web-based Post Emergency Notification System (PENS) of its kind. Co-managed a contracted team of over 30 security professionals in the routine physical security and access procedures for the US Embassy and Ambassador’s residence, receiving over 12,000 visitors annually. As subject matter expert on security interrelationships and equipment configurations, provided crucial feedback for the development of new visitor access software. Developed original security badges and procedures to accommodate over 500 temporary duty personnel in support of London Olympics 2012.

As original member of sales team, independently generated over $35000 in initial sales of printer toner cartridges over six months, winning business solely through cold calling. Created and managed accounts with 20 new schools and medical clinics, demonstrating professional and effective communication skills in a highly-pressurized environment. Performed market analysis, and developed innovative sales approach which routinely won customers from the big brands, including HP, IBM, Xerox, and Lexmark. Converted 80% of new business into long-term contract clients.

Full project lifecycle experience managing a diverse team of IT professionals in the development and testing of new sales and marketing website budgeted at over $2M. Managed the delivery of a piece of software that underpinned a worldwide financial index supporting millions of GBP in transactions. Conducted interviews and helped recruit hand-picked development/support team including SharePoint administrator, database administrators (SQL 2005), and web developers. Adept with PMP/Prince2 methodology and Agile/Scrum.

Planned and executed complex strike operations involving fighter, bomber & tanker aircraft worth over $1B. Gained wide recognition for developing new aircraft command and control tactics during Operation Enduring Freedom & Operation Iraqi Freedom. Hand-picked to represent US Navy during 3-year personnel exchange program with the Royal Navy. Took control of flight operations annual budget of $500k & carried out resource analysis. Managed 25 maintenance professionals in the completion of repairs on aircraft parts & electronics worth $200M. Championed 3-week exercise with Indian Navy to simulate engagements between 12 ships and numerous aircraft while deployed on HMS Illustrious. Planned and executed the evacuation of 3,000 British passport holders from Beirut to Cyprus in 3-day operation. Appointed to provide increased land-based security and protection for squadron assets during changing geo-political climate after 11 Sep 2001.
