As President of TouchTel Electric & Datacom My Responsibilities includes:•Creating annual operating plans that support the strategic direction of the Company and correlate with annual operating budgets; submits annual plans•Defining and articulating the organization’s vision and developing strategies for achieving that vision•Developing and monitors strategies for ensuring the long-term financial viability of the organization•Developing future leadership within the organization while simultaneously promoting a culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages good performance, and rewards productivity•Hiring, managing, and firing the human resources of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations•Overseeing the operations of organization and manages its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements•Evaluating the organization’s and the staff’s performance on a regular basis•Overseeing staff in developing annual budgets that support operating plans •Prudently managing the organization's resources within budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations•Ensuring that staff practices all appropriate accounting procedures in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).•Employee development, and training;•Policy development and documentation;•Performance management and improvement systems;•Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting;•Overseeing content, production and distribution of all marketing and publicity materials (posters, program, flyers, mail outs, brochures etc.) with director, designer and project manager.•Manage press development;•Serving as the primary spokesperson and representative for the organization

I oversee the day to day operation of the company and network with clients for new sales and business opportunties.

While at Vband Services I worked as a Sales Engineer. As a Sales Engineer I was a primary technical resource for the field sales force. In this role I was responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. My job required me to be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. While being able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. In addition, I established and maintained strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

At TTSI I was a Field Service Technician. I worked independently with little supervision. My responsibilities included the management of service calls that required more time than anticipated without becoming frustrated or rushing through a job. In addition to providing superb customer service, I was required to diagnose and solve problems from non-technical descriptions provided by the customers on their Vband, Toshiba Telephone systems.
