• Advanced computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe and other software• Experience with Microsoft Access and MSSQL building queries and further developing an understating for Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL• Knowledge of FTP, DNS cPanel, WHM and some Linux, Bash Secure Shell (SSH)• Intermediate knowledge in HTML, XML, USFX, USFM and using Regular Expressions (RegEx)• Ability to communicate in the following computer languages: VB, C#, Java, JavaScript, PHP, and CSS and developing an understanding of programming in these languages • Experience working in an international company, expanding knowledge of various languages and cultures• Worked in both ministry and secular settings, recognizing the differences of each in general business, relations, and customer service• Technical Support/Customer service background and mindset, understanding the importance of all customer contact representing the company’s “brand”• Excellent time management skills, managing multiple responsibilities and prioritizing competing demands and timelines in a quickly changing environment• Superior interpersonal communication skills through interacting with people from many diverse backgrounds
