Responsible for all internal financial, operational and compliance audit activities for Safety Insurance Group, a publically traded property and casualty insurance company. Additionally, established and currently leads Safety's Enterprise Risk Management program recently including the development, integration, creation and distribution of the annual ORSA Summary report. Responsibilities also include the establishment and execution of other corporate programs including Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO, COBIT, PCI, Information / Cyber Security, Market Conduct, Corporate Governance and other compliance frameworks. Currently leading the implementation of a Governance, Risk and Compliance technology platform across the organization that, when complete, will provide organizational risk stakeholders' information necessary to help manage their individual risk responsibilities.
