10 days/ per month, assigned to support sales staff and design and conduct all staff trainings as formal dinner trainings and informal aisle trainings for west coast territories (Washington, Oregon, California, plus occasional east coast assignments). Daily telephone support for store staff and sales staff including new sale rep orientation. Designed customized iPad training presentations suitable for store aisle trainings. Designed multimedia training tools for field rep training and facilitated sales oriented "train-the-trainer" program to increase sales in territory.
