Led and managed a team of 8 consultants undertaking advisory assignments primarily for UK and Irish banks to enhance their Visa consumer and business payment card and acquiring businesses. Activities were tailored to various bank priorities right across the commercial and operational spectrum. Particular focus was placed on income maximisation, cost reduction, marketing optimisation, capability development (of people, MI and processes) and innovation.Role involved working with and supporting team members with their sales plans and project delivery and with their personal development. In addition, also undertook assignments personally, principally RBSG (continuing work from previous role but diminishing until handed over to a subordinate) and for HSBC Global helping them to enhance their revenue streams and reduce costs on their card portfolios across the world
