Managing suppliers and other key stake holders that were ending or significantly changing their manufacturing capabilities in Australia. Adhering to a multimillion dollar budget, ACCC regulations and quality assurance for long term product storage completing the program by non-modifiable dead line. Approval for tool disposal and or retention to protect customers.

The role is responsible for the project management of the transition of suppliers and or their manufacturing locations, to ensure continuity of supply of components. This included, leading a cross functional team, coordinating & facilitating meetings, maintaining & tracking open issues, analyse project facets to identify critical risks & problem solving, escalating as required and ensure timing plans are maintained and tracked.
