All of the above items led to an annual cost savings of approximately $250,000.

Assembled a team of Engineers and Designers to consistently and reliably complete all design new of projects on time and on budget.In charge of all Engineering for all chain and gear driven drawworks, mud pumps, rotary tables and traveling blocks. Supervised the design of five gear driven drawworks models, six traveling block models, three rotary table models and various mud pump configurations. Updated the PDM system to standardize bill of materials, reduce duplications, standardize material selections, standardize naming conventions and ensure correctness of all data. Resulted in an $8,000,000 savings in required inventory to support the product lines.Led effort to improve and streamline all designs and Engineering procedures which resulted in annual cost savings of $350,000.
