Someone needs to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. That someone is me. A flexible leader by example, directing up to 300 diverse employees ( primarily in cut and sew manufacturing facilities ),I’ve accomplished 3%-7% per unit cost reductions by restructuring WIP ,minimized raw material and motion waste, and reduced tomorrows issues using forethought action as opposed to reacting when it’s already too late.I’ve saved companies 100s of thousands of dollars by researching and securing new vendors as an Inventory Manager. In addition I am active in leading new product development,inventory management and warehouse management.I am OSHA 10 hr construction certified, mechanically inclined, can communicate in Spanish and am punctual and reliable.From Upper Management through subordinates all know if there is an answer to be found, a problem to be solved, or anything in between I am the person to contact.
