Performs oversight of contractor security program management systems, practices, and procedures to ensure compliance with headquarters drive policy and directives, and toward the development and implementation of Nevada Field Office strategic plans, security plans a, protection program strategies and products, and program related activities.

Acted as the nuclear material control and accountability Self-Assessment Coordinator and Performance Testing Lead and represented Safeguards on the Performance Testing Committee Tasked with assessing and resolving issues with physical security and vulnerability assessments on material control and accountability related programs. The Nuclear Materials Management & Safeguards System (NMMSS) is the U.S. government's information system containing current and historic data on the possession, use and shipment of nuclear materials. This centralized database contains information collected from government and commercial nuclear facilities and provides output reports to those facilities and other interested parties, primarily U.S. government offices charged with the management and safeguarding of nuclear materials.

Acted as the team Leader responsible for the development and implementation of the safeguards and security nuclear materials control and accountability (MC&A) program for all facilities under the jurisdiction of DOE-ID and the Idaho National Laboratory contractor.
