• Oversee all function in the Church and act as the CEO of the Church. • Responsible for a monthly report of activities with a year-end summary and goal projections for the following year. • Provides overall administrative oversight for the church Ministry Teams and serves as ex-officio member of all such teams. Working individually and with assistant pastors, this includes holding church officers, team leaders, clerical staff and other personnel accountable for areas of responsibility. • Works with other members of Ministry Teams to plan and communicate preaching and teaching content. • Works collaboratively with the Church Counsel and others in leadership to ensure accountability and faithfulness to Church by-laws, vision, and purpose within leadership. • Responsible for development of leadership. • Regularly meets with and evaluates church leaders. • Oversees training of counsel, men, women, and youth in the church. • Shepherding the people of the church and providing pastoral care • Responsible for giving leadership to the assimilation and pastoral care process. • Regularly involved in small group ministry and leadership development.• Provides initial pastoral counseling for congregational members and assesses whether to make referrals to competent outside professional counseling. • Visit sick/injured members at home and at hospital

Chaplain:• Offer guidance and support for residents, volunteers, and staff• Oversee the goals of the pastoral care department• Organizes worship services and Bible Studies • Regularly visits with the residents/clients, volunteers, and staff prioritizing to those in greatest need • Serve the families of deceased residents/clients and staff • Participates in meetings for the residents/clients to enhance the continuity of care for the residents/clients• Establishes relationships with all members of the staff as well as with the volunteers• Keeps records as required• Initiate and maintain relationships with area clergy and guided them on assisting residents/clients• Regularly visit residents/clients at hospital and VACase Manager:• Evaluate residents/clients to determine the best course of action for restoring housing & income and create an action plan• Coordinate the integration of social services/case management function.• Communicate with area organizations and develop working relationships to meet the needs of residents/clients• Promote effective utilization of clinical resources and help residents/clients to make informed decisions • Review goals and course of actions• Celebrate with residents/clients on the success of their plans
