Design and budgetary planning for the Fort Smith, Gainesville, Montgomery, Saint Clairsville and Norfolk markets. Coordinated MapInfo map production projects for the RF Engineering department. Assisted the Current Planning group whenever they required specialized queries or mapping requests, including the development of the population grid and location database used in the CAT818 budgetary site ranking model used in 2004. Created VBA macros that assisted the RF Engineering department with the initial E-911 requests and the creation of the first Base Station Almanac (BSA). Phoenix, Arizona

Work performed at Alamosa PCS, a subsidiary of Sprint now known as T-Mobile. RF design and optimization of the Arizona and Southern California markets. Successfully brought the average drop call rate from 6% down to 3% in less than a month through neighbor list tuning and parameter adjustments. Created capacity plans and a database of current site information for future tracking.

Phoenix, Arizona

Work performed at Voicestream now owned by T-Mobile. Optimization of almost 300 GSM sites in the Phoenix MTA. Statistical analysis of the network performance through custom reports generated with Oracle SQL scripting. The "Health Index", VoiceStream's grading system of the network, was raised from an average of 60 to almost 90 in one year by tuning neighbor lists, frequency planning, parameter adjustments and working with the field technicians to implement design modifications. Conducted the initial trials and implementation of the GPRS wireless data standard.

Dallas, Texas

Optimized Round Trip Delay (RTD) via drive tests and analysis of the Nortel network. Analyzed drive test data and made recommendations for network improvement.

Las Vegas, Nevada

Initial greenfield deployment which included the initial grid preparation through site selection, development, optimization and launch of over 70 sites. Coordinated for all test requirements including scheduling of tower crews, cranes and temporary personnel during the network development. Invented and built several custom reports and devices used for drive testing and optimization. Completed conducted over 600 drive tests which spanned across southern Nevada and California. Tested and installed an in-building coverage system for the Las Vegas Convention Center.
