Jerry's been an executive or business owner in the Tampa area for 30 years. 365 Property Partners and their private investors combine for more than a dozen years of being involved in various aspects of property preservation, renovation and construction. In that time, their combined business interests have weathered storms and exceeded $500 million in revenues.Jerry has known his partners and investors from 5 to 30 years. Jerry loves people and would visit through lunch or their next appointment. His wife reminds him that while he’d rather visit than eat, perhaps other people might prefer eating. Jerry has two successful grown children, but he hasn’t done that alone. Jerry has been married to his high school sweetheart, Susan, for more than 40 years. He readily acknowledges that his sons are who they are because of their loving mother.Along the way he taught high school math, worked in a radio station, was a college recruiter and and coached high school basketball in the city in St Louis. He managed the ad department of a small town newspaper near his hometown in southern Illinois. He was the publisher of a group of car magazines, then moved to Florida to run the national magazines owned by Auto Trader during the birth of AutoTrader.com. He spent a dozen years as the COO of duPont Registry, publishers of magazines for luxury cars, homes and yachts. Jerry then bought a manufacturing company that serves contractors focused on property maintenance.Jerry’s real expertise is in helping people figure out what they need, then helping them get it.
