Brahn Communications is my own creative production management company. I manage business development, project planning and execution, creative direction and client and public relations. Conceived, orchestrated, and produced conference and trade show for creative professionals in advertising and marketing. Through managing a team to produce a 5 day event in October 2008 we were able to achieve over one thousand attendees, 45 exhibitors and over 70 speakers, including key notes, sessions, awards competition and gallery, trade show floor, parties and entertainment. Worked directly with conference venue, Audio/Video vendor, trade show floor management company, food and beverage services and travel and lodging vendors to ensure the success of the show for the exhibitors and attendees. Art directed and produced all conference graphics and signage. Create Magazine, conceived launched by Brahn Communications in 2001 was purchased by Create Communications in 2004, and I was brought on as President of this new company.

Producing cutting edge interactive experiences for business, government and entertainment industries.

Leading internal media production team and external vendors in producing media and real-time simulations of ride systems and attractions for the world-wide themed entertainment industry, including Pre-vis, Animatics, 3D Fly throughs, VR prototyping, in-venue media and interactive Unreal Engine simulations.

I work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and vendors to concept, design and produce world class themed attractions and special venue projects.

As Director of Digital Design, I managed the animation and production department including 12 direct reports and oversaw all production of visuals and audio content for final attraction installation as well as concept and development stages including prototyping virtual ride vehicles, P.O.V. walkthrough animations and vehicle/ride noodle animations. Experience includes working on dark rides, 5d Theaters, domed theaters and proprietary attraction designs.Responsible for producing motion graphics and 3D animation and compositing for the themed attraction and special venue entertainment industry. Managed and produced visuals for rides and immersive attractions around the world, as well as 3D prototyping of ride vehicles and attraction venues. Established 3D animation and production pipeline including using Oculus Rift/Unity engine to produce realtime virtual walkthroughs of themed attractions and dark rides.I worked closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and AV vendors to produce world class visuals for attractions and experiences, including SeaWorld’s TurtleTrek 3D|360 dome film, Hengquin Ocean Kingdom’s entry canopy films, Undersea Adventure Dark Ride, and for IMG Worlds of Adventure, including Marvel and Cartoon Network IPs.

Conceptualized and produced award winning regional magazine and website for creative professionals which attracted over 1 million dollars in advertising revenue per year. Responsible forvision and management of the business and its products as well as a team of 21 hired to produce the largest circulated creative industry magazine in the U.S.A. publishing 20 regional print andonline editions every issue. Managed art and production team consisting of an Art Director, graphic designers, web designers, programmers and a production manager responsible for producing all magazine and online content.
