I am volunteering as an outside expert for the INTERPOL Metaverse Expert Group (I-MEG) to facilitate the collaboration between industry and law enforcement for INTERPOL's 190+ member countries. We will be developing a framework and articulating defensible methodologies for Metaverse forensics and investigations.

I was a Digital Forensics leader in the Tech segment and primarily served as a computer forensics testifying expert on trade secret and IP theft matters.I led the Emerging Data Systems Advisory initiative for Digital Forensics.

I was the Advisory leader in the digital forensics practice area supporting ediscovery evidence collection, forensic analysis, testifying expert services, and data science.

I was the national leader of digital forensic services and evidence collection for investigation and litigation matters.

I created this LLC for a short-term independent contract.

I was an Advisory Director in the Forensic Technology Services Group in New York and was focused on global supply chain fraud and compliance solutions in Pharmaceutical Life Sciences and Food Trust using emerging forensic technology techniques for industry-specific challenges. I am well versed on regulatory affairs and enforcement trends involving the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Department of Justice (DOJ) as it relates to false claims, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, and food safety.

I was an Assurance Senior Manager in the Forensic Technology and Discovery Services (FTDS) group in New York and was focused on proactive technology-enabled, retrospective risk assessments for the GRC space, primarily in the health and life sciences industries using forensic data analytics for fraud detection, prevention, and the automation of continuous compliance monitoring programs. I also supported litigation and investigative matters using complex data management and analytics techniques to streamline and prioritize the review of electronically stored information.

I was a Manager in Forensic Technology Services focused on internal process improvement. I was responsible for the practice's dashboarding platform which mines more than 200 terabytes of data, providing performance metrics, margin analysis, and KPI scorecards. I used statistical methods to validate data sources, make statistically significant inferences, and build predictive models. This allowed practice leaders to make strategic and tactical decisions based on fact-based developments in the business. The dashboarding platform was also consumed by clients, satisfying their need to get a comprehensive view across individual engagements and make similar decisions to best manage their litigation and investigative matters warehoused at KPMG's state of the art data centers.I also led the offshore Forensic Technology unit in New Delhi, India on behalf of KPMG US Operations. My team and I spent two months training the offshore team on e-discovery policies, procedures and software solutions. Offshore personnel support onshore teams by remotely importing & exporting data, reconciling anomalies and exceptions, and performing quality assurance. The offshore unit operating in the India time zone allows for continuous progress on client projects to meet critical deadlines, work/life balance for onshore teams, and further cost savings.Prior to my role in process improvement, I was Manager of the Technology & Analysis Group (TAG). TAG adheres to a methodology that emphasizes accuracy, speed, and cost savings on eDiscovery projects. There are standard operating procedures and checkpoints at every stage to ensure accuracy; an ECA process that leverages software analytics to eliminate chaff and non-relevant material; and finally an overall commitment to efficient processes and communication to deliver cost savings internally to the organization and to the end client.
