As a Chemical Engineer with an MBA, I have thoroughly enjoyed recruiting since starting in 2004. It is a way to leverage my 30+ years of experience of building companies and assisting clients in finding the very best talent to grow their businesses. My work is primarily in the chemical, mineral processing, biotech, and energy industries. Throughout my career I have provided leadership to business and brand development initiatives, have led teams and divisions for companies of all sizes (Fortune 100, regional, and two successful start-ups).These companies have had exceptional performance - a regional company tripled sales in six years (plus $140 million), and a prosperous start-up introduced new data and applications, and is now integrated into the decision making of many Fortune 500 organizations. From these experiences I have learned the art of defining the resources needed for a company, and then finding the highest quality people for these positions.
