- Chief Learning Officer for HP's Enterprise business- 50,000 Services, Sales, Marketing and Engineering, employees globally including technical, sales, professional and leadership training. Directed a global 50 person L&D team (10 countries). - Managed $30M training budget. Demonstrated ROI resulting in substantial additional business investment in training. - Enable strategic priorities: growth, professional service excellence, product quality and innovation with cost effective and high impact learning solutions. - Led strategic and high impact learning and HR programs from development to delivery.- Built career development program aligned with career path architecture and performance management.- Built role-based competency frameworks for hiring, onboarding, assessing, and development.- Managed large training website, and helped develop HP University- increasing access to learning. Built and communicating learning best practices for assessment, development and delivery. - Created and implemented intense “boot-camp” style training for sales and professional services workforce- improved technical and consulting capabilities. - Drove leadership development including front line managers in emerging countries, sales management excellence and global executive development including coaching and mentoring.- Overhauled onboarding program- established 1 week face to face orientation and first year learning road map.- Established broad certification program across sales and services roles. Increased employee engagement and reduced attrition.- Established new needs assessment process using a competency-based performance consulting methodology.- Transformed professional and support training for HP’s 20,000 professional services consultants and support engineers. - Building a “Culture of Learning” by improving employee’s access to learning: HP University, Learning On-Demand, Leading Edge Engineering Seminars and Open Learning.

- Led End-User Workplace, Mission Critical, and Printing Services businesses. Fast growing $1+B service business.- Built high impact enablement plans for marketing, sales, and services to drive profitable growth.- Launched new services and created Go-To Market campaigns to drive customer demand.- Implemented comprehensive role-based development curricula- Drove measurable performance improvements with new tools and processes.- Built high performing global team aligned on common enablement plan.

- Led strategic sales learning and development program to increase services-led solutions sales growth through development of consultative sales methodology. - Generated incremental $90M new services and $300M new product orders.
