Jerry Chase is the President & CEO of Orion Industries.Previously, Jerry served as the President & CEO of Bellevue, WA-headquartered Bsquare (NASDAQ: BSQR), a leading provider of Internet of Things (IoT) software products and solutions. Previously he served as CEO at Lantronix and Terayon where he successfully led both companies through difficult turnaround situations (the latter being acquired by Motorola).Earlier in his career, Jerry was President & CEO of $220M Thales Broadcast & Multimedia (TBM), a division of French conglomerate Thales Group (www.ThalesGroup.com). Hired in 1998 to run the division's US operations, he became worldwide head of the division in 2001, based out of their Paris headquarters. Jerry began his corporate career in a variety of increasingly senior management roles at Scientific-Atlanta and General Instrument. Jerry also served as a United States Marine Corps Officer and Pilot.Jerry earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business Administration from East Carolina University, where he now serves on the Board of ECU's BB&T Center for Leadership Development. A member of Mensa, Jerry holds an Airline Transport Pilot’s (ATP) license, speaks conversational French, and whenever he can, enjoys SCUBA diving.
