Job Duties: Organize and lead a designated technical team, consisting of many highly skilled Engineers (NetApp PSEs) and regional managers, encompassing 5 regions (Canada, TEA/EA, Commercial, Mid Atlantic and all of Latin America). Developed a Project Plan and Team Charter, focused on Proactive Customer Care, improved “system health check” reporting (SAA) for NAS and SAN customer systems and the timely delivery of the SAA reports. Enable the prevention of customer system problems before they occur, by way of SAA reporting and proactive review of the reports, with account teams. Responsible for the TEA/EA region’s Audit Management Tool’s (AMT) monthly data compliance regime: Monthly tracking of the region’s executed and delivered SAA reports to Service Edge Premium (SEP) and Service Edge Standard (SES) support contract customers. Organize and host bi-weekly team and shareholders status meeting conference calls. Drive all project tasks to finish dates. Assist in the creation of the team’s Storage Optimization Service’s SharePoint Site. Maintain and update all documentation on the SharePoint Site: Project plan, meeting minutes, issue reporting and tracking, best practices documentation, etc. Additional activities include: Organize installation projects and hardware data tracking system for JP Morgan Chase and Merrill Lynch.

Job duties: Administration of all LAN / WAN daily processes. Manage new transitional projects. Manage AIX 5.1 / SXe (ERP) system, along with data file and mail servers. Management and training of IT personnel and resolution of all IT / network issues, through skilled troubleshooting and help desk techniques. Responsible for project management: data migration and Exchange Server migration. In charge of procuring vendors, consultants and organizing the implementation of their efforts, within projected time lines. Training of new associates, on new software programs. Install and configure ICA 32 Citrix clients and wIntegrate ERP clients. Document procedures, and report changes and progress to upper management. In charge of new equipment purchases, inventory tracking and software compliance. Provide technical support and training to 12 remote retail locations (NJ and NY), including 2 large warehouses.

Job duties: Administration of all TCP/IP over 10/100 Ethernet LAN and WAN technologies, in a Windows 2000 Mixed Mode environment, including administration of Windows 2000 Exchange Server, Windows 2000 Servers, Terminal Services, Active Directories (Security and Distribution Groups, GPOs, etc.), DNS, WINS, etc. Backup Administration: Daily backups of all network/user data and mailboxes, through Veritas Backup Exec. Imaging of mission critical servers and workstations (Payroll, HR, etc.), through Symantec LiveState Recovery and Corporate Ghost (Console tasks and regimes). Security: Maintain Corporate Firewall policies, VPN user accounts and setups, URL Filtering, etc. Maintain quest for a “threat free” network environment, through “best practices” patching and Symantec Antivirus Enterprise Edition / MS Mail Security for Exchange Server.
