Supervised a team of in-house creative staff and external development partners for all client marketing and advertising projects. Developed strategies, project rational and creative concepts—drove to swift completion.Developed and maintained all client web sites and interactive media in both Windows and Linux environments.Developed scopes, estimates and production timelines. Created an in-house network based project management system which smoothed job tracking and ensured project success.
