- Manage multiple projects end-to-end, including scoping, timelines, budgeting and delivering in a fast-paced agency.- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of high quality projects/products.- Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall delivery plan.- Documentation - translating client needs to user stories, workflows and requirements and keeping any changes transparent and documented.

- Define the product roadmap based on the philosophy of product-led growth.- Ensure product longevity by balancing product, business, and technical priorities in cooperation with the engineering team and the business teams.- Manage Kalibrr’s product line end-to-end from development to operations.- Define Kalibrr Product & Features success metrics.- Plan and execute product development by working with engineering and design teams to create new features and enhance existing features.- Work with marketing, success, and operational teams to implement marketing and communication plans of product changes to internal teams and to actual users.- Maintain Product documentation for easy reference.

Rework flow and UI layout from both existing and new features by focusing on improving user QoL and navigation experience.

- To take responsibility for end-to-end product management process for Astronaut’s SaaS & PaaS platform products.- Brief & manage designers so they provide UI concepts, mock-ups, and designs in a timely manner to support product improvements.- Responsible for effectively managing the implementation of new features (as part of the sprint process) to achieve high level of quality to achieve the business priorities.- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers and Growth teams on conducting user research and use the result to increase the value of all Astronaut Products.

- Understand the full capabilities of existing Astronaut Saas & PaaS platform - Work with CEO (& initial early-adopter user/s) to scope/validate concepts for new products that can be built on the existing Astronaut Saas & PaaS platform - Provide UI/UX support for improvements to the existing Astronaut Saas & PaaS platform- Work with the CEO, CTO & Product Manager to collectively manage the product roadmap based on business priorities.

- Creating weekly plans for 3 junior game designers to ensure the task distribute fairly.- Collaborate internally with programmers, game artists, testers, and a producer to make sure the development runs smoothly.- Working with other support teams from other Gameloft studios such as localization, narration, marketing, and game checklist teams.- Directing the game to the agreed vision but making sure it's not breaking the game balance.- Create GDD and update the knowledge database on Confluence

- Working as a supervisor role under the senior title.- As the technical expert for the internal game tools.- Optimize the game from performance, game memory, game size, and game quality.- Make sure the implementation synchronizes on all devices.
