As founder and president of MidAmerican Printing Systems, Inc., I’ve spent more than three decades “in the trenches” in the commercial printing industry, working alongside master pressmen, prepress designers, and exceptional print sales executives, jointly-delivering beautiful products to long-term customers. Through my years in business I have learned to adapt to the fluid environment in our industry; remaining flexible to meet customer needs and embracing shifting technologies that impact both operations and customer service. Integrating new technology and organizational structure has allowed MidAmerican to “double-down” on customer service meanwhile expanding our capacity on presses and finishing & fulfillment services—full service printing, warehousing and mail fulfillment under one roof. As a customer service-oriented business owner, I am dedicated to helping my customers achieve their goals. If I can’t improve someone’s situation economically through working with me, I recommend a peer who is more suited to the customer’s specific needs. My commitments—both personal and professional—are of great importance to me, pushing me to lead a team that is customer service-minded. I am fortunate enough to maintain a vast network of quality contacts and enjoy nothing more than connecting professionals with one another as the resource need arises.
