I am currently responsible for overseeing the Revenue Cycle, employing extensive use of Excel and Power Query to handle diverse sets of source data. I have successfully integrated multiple locations into our existing workflows, and I have optimized self-developed processes to facilitate seamless scalability for future integrations.

I help companies make better decisions by leveraging Power BI, Excel, and my extensive experience in finance and accounting. I have successfully done this through employment or currently through Pro-Bono work, volunteering as an advisor or participation in communities of BI consultants and entrepreneurs.Utilizing my experience in Financial Management, Accounting background, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and Advanced Excel here are some recent outcomes:• Streamlined a laborious and manual process for an experiential advertising agency. Using POWER Query, I streamlined this process of aggregate total costs by project. By streamlining this process, I was able to cut down on the processing time to accumulate project costs from 2-4 hours per project to a total of 8 hours to accumulate all ongoing projects, which ranged from 25-50 at any given time.• Consulted a Mobile financial services client (Lagos Nigeria) with the exploration and design of proof of concept using power BI. The ultimate goal was to help them segment revenue data for use in cross-selling opportunities. The final recommendation was to segment the data at the source using SQL and then pass that information into Power BI.• Provided feedback to service-based entrepreneurs on P&L analysis, general operations tactics, and/or business intelligence capabilities.• Updated my Skillset through a Data Analytics Bootcamp. The project-based boot camp included projects in Power BI, SQL, Tableau and Advanced Excel. In addition to the technical skills, which were thoroughly covered, the camp covered data analyst Strategy, business development, data analytics standards, cohort collaboration, project feedback.

I help companies make better finance and accounting decisions. I have demonstrated this by leveraging my extensive finance and accounting background with the deployment of Data analysis tools such as Power Query, Excel, and Power BI.In my current role, I have helped companies with building more automated processes to track contracts and other related processes in a nonprofit setting. Additionally, I am currently helping another company to manage its revenue amongst disparate information systems and across 40+ locations. In addition, I am currently marching towards streamlining their revenue close process by updating or converting their existing tools into Power Query or Power BI. The end goal is to leverage the information with these data analysis tools for quicker processing and decision-making.

in this role, I utilized my financial management experience to lead the day to day financial analysis and accounting operations. This position worked closely with the west coast finance manager. In collaboration with the Finance Manager, we reviewed a significant cost center to ensure costs are tracked accurately and timely. In addition, I was the key contributor in revamping the process to track actualized experiential cost of sale. This was done by creating a cost of sale database, utilizing MICROSOFT Excel's POWER Query/POWER BI.
