I am very excited to be a small part of AlloSource, where they are taking the gift of tissue & cellular donation to save or prolong the lives of people around the world. For a good majority of my professional career I was an experienced talent acquisition professional for American Family Insurance. This is where I have spent several years honing my skills in many disciplines....to include Casualty Claims adjusting where I gained an applied knowledge in liability analysis, injury evaluation/settlement and investigative skills. I have also been a Commercial Lines Field Underwriter where commercial risk analysis/evaluation, premium pricing along with on-site loss control & risk reduction analysis and face to face agent interaction and assistance rendering were practiced and achieved. American Family has also allowed me the opportunity to be a Regional Subrogation Manager, and this is where I gained a tremendous amount of experience in area of emotional intelligence, auto -property, commercial and product liability subrogation, as well as managing vendors and subrogation counsel. The past 15 years or so I've been in Human Resources and loving every minute of it. Being a talent "gatekeeper" for this company has been a source of great pride and it has been a wonderful privilege and a responsibility that I don't take lightly. Now I hope to bring that same sense of pride to AlloSource
