• Provide strong leadership in instilling MTM’s Completions and Asset Handover principles and requirements across rail authorities and delivery partners.• Own and govern the Project Completions process and gatekeeper of the Delivery & Completions and Finalisation gates of MTM’s Project Management Framework• Support the wider MTM Business achieve key performance indicators with dependencies on project deliverables at completions/handover. • Contribute to the Project Division’s strategy and planning forums.• Provide high-level reporting to the Project Leadership Team and rail authorities on completions performance across all projects.• Provide leadership and direction to departmental project completions teams on compliance to the process, achieving performance targets and meeting contractual obligations.• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in improving efficiencies to the completions, asset integration, drawing management processes, systems and tools, in collaboration with MTM divisional stakeholders, Department of Transport, Level Crossing Removal Authority and Rail Projects Victoria.• Integration of MTM business and rail industry requirements to the Completions process with a focus on Asset Management, Finance, Network Integration, Infrastructure, Engineering and Operations.
