I am the Chair of the Civil Litigation Department at Deutsch Kerrigan and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. I have tried 113 trials to verdict (76 jury trials), including trials in nine Louisiana state courts and two Louisiana federal courts, In 2021, as lead plaintiff counsel, I obtained a $26.1 million verdict in Houston. In 2012, as lead defense counsel, I secured a zero verdict in St. Louis. I enjoy handling product liability, personal injury, premises liability, and excess insurance cases (particularly cases involving TBI claims).
