CurrentJerry Gloss is the Founder of KGA | STUDIO ARCHITECTS, PC a residential architectural firm founded in 1977, with offices in Louisville, Colorado. An early career working for developers and residential builders has provided him with an expert ability to merge construction knowledge and a keen market awareness with strong design skills.KGA | Studio Architects residential design work is nationally recognized and includes high end customs, spec homes, whole house remodels and community product.KGA has been an active member of the HBA with a commitment to serve an industry that provides us so many opportunities to design extraordinary homes. Jerry has spearheaded that commitment delivering countless seminars, webinars and editorial pieces while serving on numerous boards, committees and councils over the years both locally, and nationally with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).In 2014 Jerry was recognized with the prestigious Legends Award by the Denver Homebuilder's Association Sales and Marketing Council. The Award honors architects, interior designers, marketing and sales professionals whose work in the industry have provided highly regarded leadership and difference making contributions to the success of builders through innovation and performance excellence. Essential to consideration for induction to Legends is a resume of contributions to the individual’s profession, and to the Denver HBA and National Association of Homebuilders. A nominee in architecture is one who has significantly influenced and advanced design in their work with builder members.Jerry was inducted into the National Association of Homebuilder's Best in American Living Hall of Fame at the 2018 International Builder's Show .The Best In American Living Hall of Fame honors housing industry leaders who have significantly influenced residential design and the residential building industry.
