Drove overall performance rate of 97% dependability of on-time deadlines met, all within a safety culture environment that encouraged workplace versatility. •Managed daily operations of all technicians to ensure the delivered performance and services match customer needs, and Driving Root Cause and Corrective action for issues identified.•Hired, supervised, mentored, and provided continual course team training certifications for 12 bench technicians. Led the development and execution of negotiation strategies that generated supply chain savings, engineered cost reductions and improved quality and service. •Engineered $30K cost reduction in two (2) years by designing a color tag return system on parts not used during product repair. This new clarity greatly reduced the parts disposal error rate during the repair process and radically improved quality best practices process. •Generated $20K supply chain savings in one (1) year by sourcing and negotiating creative supplier relationship agreements with national parts suppliers and shippers.•Developed supply chain management strategies and plans that identified short- and long-term tactics to reduce costs, mitigate risks, drive value creation and deliver high quality parts to customers. For example, actionable steps were designed to specifically implement a plan aimed towards a zero bounce back for all products delivered; and designed plan to solve the problem of defective product recall while improving supplier performance year-over-year.
