CoderDojo is a global collaboration providing free and open learning to young people, especially in programming technology.I'm one of the people who introduced this in Belgium in 2013 and helped kickstart the CoderDojos in Antwerp and Genk. After that the number of Dojo's rised to 53 (May 2016) reaching between 1000 and 1500 children every month.

Took Telenet along some new digital adventures: the first @telenet tweet, e-recruitment, the corporate blog, social media customer support. After that I worked on Yelo, the second screen TV application of Telenet, and took Yelo to a higher level with Yelo TV.

Telenet was setting up an internal webagency and my role was to identify (internal) opportunities and enable growth of that department. When I came aboard the department was 20 people and we managed to grow to 80 people after only 1 year. Yooz.com was an e-learning startup during the Dot-com bubble. The product we developed was an online learning portal for internet-starters (how to mail, how to chat, ...). The courses were simulating browsers/apps and asked the students to interacts.In one year time we developed a multi-language platform containing hundreds of interactive learning modules, with installations by the biggest European ISP's at that time.

At Elsevier Training I was responsible for the (further) development of the online interactive learning modules. Roadmaps, budget, development follow-up were my main focus points.
