Managed 10 direct reports and a $650M budget. Decreased costs without harming quality. Constar needed to improve profit margins. Trimmed labor cost across nine manufacturing locations. Combined operator and maintenance jobs into one position through cross training. Overcame initial resistance. Logged total savings of $5.2M annually.Led LEAN implementation.
