Co-founder and responsible for architecting and implementing an automated Salesforce-based IT candidate recruiting platform. The platform moved candidates from IT job posting boards into a funnel that lead candidates through a series of automated job application steps including: account record creation, pre-application questionnaire, personality assessment, online IT skills testing, video interview, and in-person interview scheduling. As the completion of each step in the process resulted in a Salesforce record and automated stage update that kicked-off the next step, it was able to gather candidate records and data that otherwise would have required dozens of full-time staff members. In a matter of months from initial launch, the platform was successful in narrowing 1,000s of applicants down into groups with the skills and disposition that had previously proven effective in certain IT roles. The company and platform were sold to a partner IT services firm.
