Jerry grew up in Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin receiving dual degrees in Business Administration and Television Production. Mr.Housfeld resided in Michigan from 1983 through 1997 and worked in the television sports industry for 15 years with the Detroit Pistons, Red Wings and Tigers as Operations Manager for a regional cable network. He has televised major national sports events including Super Bowls, World Series, Stanley Cup hockey playoffs along with many major golf tournaments including The Masters, PGA Championship and U.S. Open. Network clients included CBS Sports, ABC Sports, ESPN, NBC Sports and Fox Sports.Mr. Housfeld moved to Las Vegas in 1997 and obtained his Securities registrations in 2004. He has worked for Edward Jones, Wachovia Securities & Wells Fargo Advisors. He currently runs own independent investment company in association with LPL Financial, the largest independent broker/dealer in the country, based on total revenues as reported by Financial Planning Magazine, June 1996-2012. Jerry currently maintains his office in Sun City Summerlin in the Plaza South Shopping Center next to CVS drugs. His firm specializes in investment risk management, helping to build an income stream as well as constructing a diversification portfolio. He works primarily with retired client el, clients approaching retirement, small business owners and homeowner’s associations. He currently lives in Northwest Las Vegas with his wife Sherry and son Kristopher.
