Jerry Berger is currently a litigation associate in the Dallas, TX office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP where he assists clients in a range of complex commercial litigation disputes and investigations and where he maintains a strong pro-bono practice.Jerry graduated from UCLA School of Law, where, in conjunction with excellent academic performance, he was involved in various activities and organizations, including serving as a Writing Advisor in the Legal Research and Writing Program, as an Articles Editor with the Dukeminier Awards Journal, as a Co-Chair for UCLA's OUTLaw chapter, as a UCLA Law Admissions Ambassador and Tour Guide, as a mentor with the UCLA Law Fellows outreach program, as a legal volunteer with the El Centro Legal Clinics, and as a member of an external Moot Court team representing UCLA Law.Prior to law school, Jerry worked in entertainment management representing international LGBTQ+ artists and creators, and was in a managerial role at a skincare company.
