Customer Service Technician

I served as the Solutions Integrator on the ESDi team, successfully installing thousands of solutions for various companies throughout the US and Canada, cutting scanning, printing, document routing, and faxing cost significantly. I worked to merge IP schemes of two large corporations in countries all over the globe creating one cohesive network to save cost of IT management.Held the role of Onsite Solutions Integrator for a major oil company, supporting their 32 Equitrac and Hot Spot Servers, successfully integrating Nuance software packages into the company's existing environment to decrease cost of equipment and increase employee satisfaction, maintaining 98% up-time for the solution to increase end-user production. I worked as the High Volume Color Production Master Technician, trained on C651/C751, C900/C901 and Kodak Digimaster 110 Have been previously trained on several Ricoh, Canon, and Konica Minolta High Volume MFP's, volunteering to be the first trained on all new equipment. I ran emergency calls and mentored less experienced technicians to enhance customer experience.I was assigned as the iR110 Regional Specialist, providing support for Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Arkansas, supporting Heidelberg/Kodak/Canon iR110 Production Systems technicians in the Central Region. I led the roll out of Ricoh's first real High Volume Production System for this region, ensuring the success of Ricoh's first launch into this high volume and highly demanding market solving all issues not able to be solved by the branch team, for example, repairing an issue with printing ballots which had a very tight deadline to be ready for voting. Since the local branch could not find the problem, they flew me in to have it fixed the same day to meet their deadline.. I was responsible for training approximately 30 individuals on all updates or improvements for the product to make sure Ricoh's customers received the latest technology.
