Hello! I'm a serial entrepreneur specialized in SaaS. At the age of 13, I dropped out of middle school in Taiwan and moved to America by myself. After founding two companies, I started ReSci (Retention Science) in 2013 with the goal of helping businesses use AI to predict and enhance customer experience. Our software is used by some of the most beloved brands, including: Dollar Shave Club, 3M, Olay, SHINOLA, and Target. We've been named one of the Most Innovative Companies in Los Angeles, and America's Fastest Growing Companies by Inc. Magazine. In 2020, ReSci was acquired by Constant Contact, where I now lead the company's Advanced Marketing, Commerce & Product strategy. I work with talented engineers and mathematicians to design product features that help our users connect with their customers more effectively. I've been a featured/keynote speaker on CNBC, Fox News, and at industry events like SXSW. In 2019, I was honored by being named one of Inc. Magazine's Most Inspiring Founders alongside founders of Warby Parker and Reddit.I'm an active Board Member, Angel Investor and limited partner of several premier VC and PE firms, including ReSci’s Lead Investor, Forerunner Ventures. I’m an avid diver and aspiring underwater photographer. I love animals, cooking, and traveling (50 countries and counting)! Above all, I believe in being kind to one another.
