Co. in 2004, and in 2005 merged it with Trostel SEG, another ESG subsidiary.Served as senior executive reporting to the Board of Directors after sale of Dickten & Masch Mfg. Co. P&L responsibility for four molding facilities in Wisconsin, Mississippi and Iowa, and one tool building facility. Also responsible for Sales, Product Engineering, Materials Lab, Accounting, Treasury, Information Systems, Human Resources, Legal, Production Planning and Purchasing.Managed the sale of Dickten & Masch Mfg.
