P&L responsibility for four molding facilities in Wisconsin, Mississippi and Iowa, and one tool building facility. Also responsible for Sales, Product Engineering, Materials Lab, Accounting, Treasury, Information Systems, Human Resources, Legal, Production Planning and Purchasing.Managed the sale of Dickten & Masch Mfg. Negotiated a $4.5 million unsecured Industrial Revenue Bond. Successfully managed the closure of Lake Geneva facility ($9 million sales, 60 employees) and the transfer of work to other company facilities with no major issues, saving $1.3 million annually.Improved P&L position from 2002 to 2004 by over $2 million primarily by restructuring one manufacturing plant (saved $800,000) and a tooling facility (saved $500,000).
