Founder and Lead Executive of a Technology Start-Up primarily focused on Government Contracting. Key customers included the Department of Defense "Warfighter Support" and NASA's Space Program Support. Performed overall corporate strategy and business development responsibilities. Spearheaded rapid growth to over 500 employees, ten (10) locations in seven (7) states, including one (1) international location in Europe. Featured in 2001 (#376) as one of Inc. 500's Fastest Growing Small Businesses in America.

Served as Secretary/Treasurer on the National Minority Business Council (NMBC) in the New York headquarters aiding and assisting in strategy, audit, compensation, ESG, policy development, procurement initiatives, international trade, and congressional advocacy for minority and women small businesses nationwide.

Served as a U.S. Army Ranger in various leadership capacities from platoon, company, battalion, and staff level commands.
