Hall Kinion (purchased by K-Force) was a national recruiting firm focused on contract and permanent staffing services. I joined the newly formed Bellevue branch in 1995 to help start up and build out the direct hire side of the business in the Seattle Area Market. I consistently placed in the top 5 of sales producers in the nation based on gross sales revenue. I quickly built a reputation on being a partner in the growth of clients' teams rather than being simply a vendor. Built a strong referral base and earned repeat business. I was an integral part of the growth of several client companies where multiple technology professional were placed.
