• Managing land acquisition consultation with stakeholders and Aboriginal communities to secure government approval for oil and gas leases and right of ways . • Board member for the Northeast Aboriginal Skills and Employment Partnership that assisted Aboriginal people in NE British Columbia to develop new skills and gain full-time employment. • Led community engagement, and wrote a concept master plan and business plan for a $17 million energy/cultural interpretive centre that was unanimously approved by the Fort St. John City Council.

Led the Advanced Technology Centre, implemented high performance team strategies, recruited engineers and business consultants and drove revenue generation.• Transformed the Centre from government-funded dependency into a market-driven agency for systems technology, life science, and value-added wood technology increasing revenues by 250%.• Led a business incubator and managed a team of 10 engineers and marketing experts to assist clients in technology commercialization, marketing, venture capital and intellectual property management.
