Current- Business Development and Sales leadership- Manage Business Development, Operations, and Preconstruction/Estimating teams- Strategy formation and business planning- develop annual business plans- Develop and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders and clients- Management of multiple Project Directors- Prepare Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast for Business Unit- Develop strategic program and project goals and monitoring program and project performance.- Generate preliminary budgets, construction budgets, ect. - Involve in all aspects of design from schematic to as-builds. - Main point of contact for project team. - Ensure Risks and Issues are being tracked and mitigated/resolved. - Oversee office and field operations.
