Directed and motivated cross-functional teams across engineering, product, data science, and business development to design and deliver platform and performance enhancements. - Contributed to Edmodo growth strategy, created the viral loop approach that increased traffic 4X from notifications within 6 months.- Attracted the talent and led majority of the product engineering to launch products from scratch including Parents App, Snapshot (assessment product), Edmodo Sync, and Social Topics.- Designed and built micro-services architecture with team of engineers to increase the system reliability, performance, and scalability.
